BPN has a long-standing presence in the cycling coaching in Boulder Colorado - providing coaching services for local athletes as well as sponsoring local road cycling teams and events.
Colorado offers nearly limitless road cycling racing and touring events. Many of those are centered in our hometown of Boulder. While BPN provides road cycling coaching and training services for athletes all over the country, we have a particularly strong presence here in Colorado.
We offer three basic ways to assist athletes, one-on-one premium coaching, custom training plans and pre-built training plans.
Premium one-on-one coaching is the highest level of service available. Here an in depth athlete interview, unlimited personal contact and frequently revised training schedule allow athletes to reach their maximum potential. BPN Coaches Brad Seaman and Eric Ray have many years experience in both racing in and coaching athletes for Colorado events.
In addition to one-on-one coaching, Eric and Brad can develop 12-week custom plans. This service lies between premium coaching and a pre-built plan. There is plenty of communication up front to gather athlete history & goals, a 12-week plan is customized and then delivered via a web-based tool.
Please see Brad and Eric’s bio’s for information on their background, services and rates.
Lastly, BPN offers pre-build training plans for racers preparing for the Colorado’s ACA road racing season. For recreational the cyclist there are training plans for many of the Colorado cycling tour like Ride the Rockies and MS 150. See the links and down loads on this page for pre-built plans and training aids available for download.
