Having your own individual coach that understands your goals, strengths, and limitations takes the uncertainty and guesswork out of training. Your training plan will be customized just for you. At Boulder Performance Network, coaches have first hand experience in the sports they coach as well as education and certification in training methodology.

Regardless of your goals, a well designed training program implemented with guidance from a professional coach will help you increase performance and reduce the risk of injury and over training. Generally, there are two coaching programs available to assist athletes: one-on-one premium coaching and 12-week custom training programs. Both programs are totally customized for each athlete. The main difference is that the one-on-one coaching provides continuous unlimited communication and training plan revisions where as the communication and plan writing center at the beginning of each 12-phase of training.
