Adventure race training demands an enormous variety of fitness and skills stimulus to prepare and athlete for competition.

Combining Danny Suter’s personal experience at every level of adventure racing around the world, a career coaching athletes at every level, and his back ground in exercise science gives BPN adventure racing training plans and one-on-one premium coaching a level of  effectiveness that simply cannot be match by other coaching services.

The BPN approach to adventure race training encompasses five critical performance factors that address athlete development far beyond physical fitness.  We offer three basic ways to assist athletes, one-on-one premium coaching, custom training plans and pre-built training plans.

Premium one-on-one coaching is the highest level of service available.  Here an in depth athlete interview, unlimited personal contact and frequently updated training schedule allow athletes to reach their maximum potential.  BPN Coach Danny Suter has many years experience racing in and coaching athletes for adventure racing at all levels.

In addition to one-on-one coaching, our couch can develop 12-week custom plans.  This service lies between premium coaching and a pre-built plan.  There is plenty of communication up front to gather athlete history & goals.  Then a 12-week plan is customized and delivered via a web-based tool.
